Over priced and bad service
May 8, 2019I have lived in spring meadows for 2 years. During this time the complex has failed to mow the lawn until the grass is exceeding 12-14 inches. The complex does not cover any utilities except trash pickup. They provide two very tinyy dumpsters that are always over flowing 4 out of 7 days a week. They had out reminder flyers to make sure that trash goes into the dumpsters or they will fine you $30 a day. The office lady Jackie has admitted that the owners do not care about its residents. They only ...care about the money. This has been shown each year with a $30 increase in rent. Since I started here I am paying $60 more a month. Every landlord Ive had prior to Spring meadows increased my rent $5 a year which is reasonable. Spring meadows feels that the lack of services they claim to provide is worth an increasing amount per year. DO NOT LIVE HERE they will suck you dry of money.Property Manager Responded

I'm sorry to hear that Spring Meadows is not living up to your expectations. We certainly try our best! If you have noticed lately the lawn is mowed and the landscaping is looking great since the weather has been permitting. Unfortunately as for the trash situation this is due to tenants not utilizing the dumpsters correctly. Instead of using the side doors to dispose of their garbage they are just throwing it on top of the dumpsters, overflowing them not filling them. Thank you so much again for your feedback. prepare to over pay
October 26, 2014When you move in the place looks beautiful. You will quickly notice things start to go wrong and management along with maintenance do the bare minimum to simply shut you up about it. You so find yourself wondering why you pay rent if they aren't going to keep up the place. Talk to your neighbors and it happens to everyone. Old doors and windows are very drafty and the property manager is condescending. People are moving out of this place every week, that explains the listings on every website ...known to man.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
