Horrible
February 14, 2023These apartments are the absolute worst place to live. Even if you are looking to save money I recommend you find somewhere else to live because they will charge you for every little thing. First off the leasing agent is wondering but the property manager needs to be replaced. She does not care for the residents. They will kick you out over the littlest thing and give you less than 30 days notice. There are many other places to live in this area and this isn’t one of them.Review from Apartments.com
Bad management
October 19, 2019Don't more in without reading the reviews people they are all true. Management will lie to you to get you in. They tell you that they are working on getting security that's a lie. Meanwhile in the two months my husband and I more here there has been a shooting, nighty fights , very noisy, kid's running around unsupervised, and management doesn't do anything about it.And as far as them taking care of the property they don't care took two weeks for them to fix water heater we didn't have hot water ...in the property. Two pools in the property that are always dirty or close.And again they don't care. Property smell like die fish.They don't care. Water leaks in the property.They don't care. They paint sinks to make them look new but when you start cleaning them, the paint starts peeling off because it'cheap paint, And they don't care. Do your selfs a favorite stay away.Property Manager Responded

Without Air Conditioning
July 16, 2019I have lived here for less than a year and did not have anything negative to say until now. I have been without A/C since Friday evening (it is Tuesday, now). Saturday went to the office is inform them and was told that two other tenants had to report no A/C so they could call in an outside source because they have no Maintenance on the weekends and would have till Monday. Monday came and once again I called and was told to send an email regarding the matter; I did. Later on in the day and still ...no one showed up, went back to office only to be told that there was not a work order form filled out. Explained was never told to do so, formed fill and still no one showed. Continued to call and was constantly told some one is on their way; I called all they way until 8 pm. *Since Saturday, the temperature in my apartment has been 84 degrees or more, I am unable to cook because it makes the apartment that much hotter. Two Thumbs down at this point.Property Manager Responded

Repair on an Air Conditioner will only be delayed if the weather is bad, when it is dark outside or when parts have been ordered. Work orders are completed in order, in which they are received, and scheduled time is left open for urgent emergencies, such as an air conditioning unit malfunction. Anytime issues arise in a apartment, such as no air conditioning, we ask that you report it to the leasing office so that we may have maintenance address the issue immediately. Unfortunately, at the time when your air conditioning went out we had a licensed insured contractor completing air conditioner service calls. We apologize for that inconvenience. Our two outstanding maintenance technicians take pride in the completion of work orders in a timely manner. Nothing is right
November 19, 2018I have been living here almost a year and every day we never have hot water We either have to wait till midnight to take a shower or early in the morning during the day there’s never any hot water at all every other week our water is turned off because there’s always a problem. We’ve had more than five leagues in our apartment alone The office never really cleans the complex so are stairs always have cigarette butts it’s always dirty people they always only have one guy cleaning the entire ...complex which personally I think one person is not enough to help clean because it’s always dirty there’s always food bags everywhere ketchup packets busted out all over the concrete news papers all over the place they just really don’t care about their apartments in general our AC went out in our building we went to complain they didn’t come to West till two days later which personally I think ABC is a big problem I wouldn’t recommend this apartment unless you don’t care about any of these problems because you’re gonna have to deal with a lot of things on a daily basisProperty Manager Responded

Anytime that you have any issues in your apartment, such as no hot water and leaks, we ask that you report it to us in the leasing office so that we can can have maintenance address the issue immediately. Occasionally we may have an emergency on the property causing us to turn the water off for a short amount of time. We apologize for that inconvenience and always make sure to have the water back on as soon as possible. We are aware that there are some residents who throw trash in the parking lot. We are working on this issue by sending leasing violations to those residents. We have two outstanding maintenance technicians that take pride in the appearance of our Community. The grounds are cleaned daily. The office staff also makes sure to pick up any visible trash. If you ever see any trash in the parking lot, we ask that you please report it to the leasing office so that we ...can dispose of it. We take all maintenance requests very seriously. Repair on an A/C will only be delayed if the weather is bad or if it is dark outside as the technician cannot work in these conditions. Work orders are completed in order and we leave time open for urgent emergencies such as an air conditioning unit.
