He communicates immediately regarding any repairs or maintenance as well as follow up to make sure all is working properly. He is friendly yet professional. September 26, 2017Springbrook apartments definitely do not disappoint. I am on my second year living here and I love it! My unit has more than enough space and I love that it comes with in-unit washer/dryer with its own laundry room. Management is very nice and willing to work with you- also, responsive when needing something fixed! I love that parking is not an extra fee and there are enough spots. The underground parking is a great bonus for in the winter and at a low cost. Springbrook is also pet friendly with ...a huge field for dogs to run around on. My only complaint is the wifi that is included does not work well with all of our devices. As an easy fix we got our own wifi service.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
My experience
June 15, 2017I lived there as a sublease even though it was only for 5 months it was the best place I lived so far! The place looks nice and neat, everything's update. The landlord is very nice and friendly and if you have problems with bills their there for you. You can have pets that's nice plus! There's a underground garage and a weight room so you don't have to leave to workout. The location is nice. It to busy and you get a great view in the back yard! Springbrook apartments= Great!
August 13, 2015Been living here this summer and I cannot speak highly enough of it. The underground and abundance of outdoor parking is great. Apartment has all the kitchen appliances you need ( microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher,cabinets). The management and maintenance are very responsive to any questions or needs. I love how they have a fitness center too, which others in Whitewater don't, so I can go on a quick run when it's cold.
