Once a 4 now barely a 2
November 23, 2019Several maintenance staff changes, poor communication regarding changes to the property, sub par and outdated amenities. Rent increases with promised improvements that still haven't been done. Used to be better property but has gone down hill. Sad when you talk to neighbors and you can all agree that the property and service has many opportunities.Property Manager Responded

Very nice place to live
December 21, 2015Cozy, quiet and quaint apartment. Close to everything, great area. The apartments could use some updating, but are otherwise clean and well kept. The grounds are nice and clean and the community has nice amenities with their gym, pool and on site laundry. Residents have a lot of nice 'freedoms' with their units inside and out. Per the lease you are allowed to paint, although the walls are already painted a nice warm beige. You can also decorate the exterior with decor items and plants.
