Luxury - not even close
June 29, 2019This place is falling apart and they are calling this place luxury. I was shown the renovated apartment and then was moved into one of the old ones that the cabinetry is mildewing and falling apart. Plus, i have asked for my toilet to be fixed multiple times and all they did was put a zip tie on it and it is still not running properly. Don't waste your time or money.Review from Apartments.com
Roach infested apartments
October 29, 2018BEWARE. I recently moved in and the apartments are disgusted. On my second day, a roach crawled out of my empty fridge. I walk around my apartment with raid in hand because roaches are everywhere--especially in the shower and kitchen. They say pest control is included but its ineffective because their roach problem is out of control. I cannot wait for my lease to be up, I will NEVER rent from Pegasus residential again.Review from Apartments.com

Great place, safe and quiet
December 21, 2017I used to live in northern Durham with only auto parts stores and fast food places. Ugh. But now I'm close to the movies, shopping and civilization. Management is friendly and attentive and maintenance requests are attended to quickly. My apartment is small, but has a huge closet and after some editing of my possessions, I'm snug as a bug in a rug. And there is a screened in porch for my cat, which he loves.
