Amazing management, amazing complex!
June 28, 2024We’ve been here for almost 2 months and it’s been very peaceful and welcoming from both the staff and residents. I did all my leasing online and Norma was very helpful and communicative. AMAZING APARTMENT COMPLEX
March 29, 2018I am going on my second leasing term with Springfield. I do not have a complaint at all. I mean sure things mess up, but I let them know as soon as possible. They are always there to fix it. All of the amenities are awesome. This apartment community is safe, and it is gated. The office staff is all hands down. They are very sweet ladies. I am an current lease holder of the Springfield community, and you will really like these apartments.Property Manager Responded

Horrible management!
September 20, 2016HORRIBLE management! Won't honor what they wrote on my renew letter. Brenda says it was her mistake, that she wrote the wrong price and asked Manager, Jenny, and she doesn't want to honor the price they put. How is that my fault? Not only that but they take forever to send someone to fix a simple thing. And my water bill is no less than $70 and it's just my two kids and myself. I wouldn't refer ANYONE to move in to these apartments! I'm taking legal action on these apartments ASAP!Review from Apartments.com
