Please do not be fooled by the positive reviews, those are all fake. They are made by the office people and their family members. Every year expect a new property manager as well as new leasing agents, that shows just how “great” the company is. The leasing office never answers the phones, Crystal Dixon in particular is extremely unprofessional and will hang up the phone on you and not answer your calls afterwards. Maintenance does quick repairs and the amount of water bugs and spiders is ...
ridiculous! Also make sure to document EVERYTHING through email especially because they love to act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. Before you make any payments make sure to take a look at your ledger as they add additional fees EVERY MONTH. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, if I could give this property zero stars I definitely would.

The property is definitely not what it used to be years ago, it is now extremely unprofessional and overall not a good place to live. This place is falling apart and they are calling this place luxury. I was shown the renovated apartment and then was moved into one of the old ones that the cabinetry is mildewing and falling apart. Plus, i have asked for my toilet to be fixed multiple times and all they did was put a zip tie on it and it is still not running properly. Don't waste your time or money.

Roach infested apartments

BEWARE. I recently moved in and the apartments are disgusted. On my second day, a roach crawled out of my empty fridge. I walk around my apartment with raid in hand because roaches are everywhere--especially in the shower and kitchen. They say pest control is included but its ineffective because their roach problem is out of control. I cannot wait for my lease to be up, I will NEVER rent from Pegasus residential again.

I used to live in northern Durham with only auto parts stores and fast food places. Ugh. But now I'm close to the movies, shopping and civilization. Management is friendly and attentive and maintenance requests are attended to quickly. My apartment is small, but has a huge closet and after some editing of my possessions, I'm snug as a bug in a rug. And there is a screened in porch for my cat, which he loves. I can recommend this place with no reservations.
