THE BEST
January 22, 2020I was worried about getting an apartment because of the reviews but honestly I can’t complain. Everything is great. Love the walking trail and it’s very quiet place to live in. Maybe I got lucky living above an old lady who gives me cake and cookies but it’s great!Property Manager Responded

September 12, 2015We just moved out of this place and I can honestly say it was one of the worst places I ever lived. There was little or no sound insulation between the apartments so that we often heard the guy in the apartment above us going to the bathroom and then dropping his toilet seat with a loud bang. The upstairs neighbors also frequently dumped water over their balcony to water their plants, but the water always poured down onto our patio, almost getting us wet a number of times. Complaints to the ...management fell on deaf ears. We also frequently found cigarette butts and other trash on our patio that came from the apartment above. Again, management couldn't be bothered. Didn't seem to matter what the neighbors did at any time of day or night, management didn't care so long as they got their rent money.
