September 12, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWe just moved out of this place and I can honestly say it was one of the worst places I ever lived. There was little or no sound insulation between the apartments so that we often heard the guy in the apartment above us going to the bathroom and then dropping his toilet seat with a loud bang. The upstairs neighbors also frequently dumped water over their balcony to water their plants, but the water always poured down onto our patio, almost getting us wet a number of times. Complaints to the ...management fell on deaf ears. We also frequently found cigarette butts and other trash on our patio that came from the apartment above. Again, management couldn't be bothered.
