I would truly recommend Spring House to any friend or family looking for a place to live. My experience here has been satisfied to it fullest. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Lots of shops nearby nice scenery, sunlight and kept very clean. The staff in the office are very professional and friendly. The maintenance request are done in a timely manner. This has been a pleasure for me and my family.

Maintenance of the buildings is poor, when I moved in the stairs were dirty and filled of dust and spiderwebs. The mailboxes needs to be fixed.

This is a very nice place. It is very quiet for he most part and the property is kept very clean. Maintenance is timely, and they also have a small pond.

Springhouse apartments have been wonderful. The community is well kept and the team that works here tries very hard to make sure even with covid the residents have access to amenities and provide online activities to make the community feel connected!

I moved in May of this year and I can say many great things about this community. From the day I moved to Springhouse Kaitlyn and Sydney have been very helpful. They answered my many questions and made the move very smooth and easy. The community is very peaceful and quiet at night and my neighbors are very nice and friendly. So far so good!!
