I lived here almost 4 years. Most of the day-to-day was fine but they are very strict on every fine they can get. I was late on rent once due to an issue on their website and was charged a 10% late fee. After moving out I was billed over $1000 for a partial carpet replacement and rather than contact me it was sent to debt collections immediately. I had other issues including an unsafe deck that I did not pursue after it was replaced because I had a friendly relationship with the on-site ...
manager but after how I've been treated post move out I wish that I had raised more of a ruckus. Cannot recommend.
