  • Worst apartment ever

    The staff and management is a complete joke! Since I’ve bee. Here there has been three different assistance. Maintenance is a joke and they try to blame stuff on you for to the reason as to why things are broken. Don’t even get me started on the parking. The whole assigned parking they sell you is a lie. Thy have signs posted everywhere saying you can’t park there, but people due and they won’t tow the car and if they say they do it’s hours till the towing company gets there and the car is either ...
    gone by then or the towing car is about to leave with the car and then they stop and give the car back and just tell the person to leave. It’s stupid. And the “gated community” is a joke, 10/12 months I was there the gate was wide open and even if it’s closed they say that the timer is set for only one car to go through, but the time really lets 10+ go through. Mind you if a car is leaving the complex both sides of the gate open so people just wait around to get in anyway.

      Thank you for the feedback and I'm sorry for your frustrations, particularly with the gate. We had a few instances this past year where the gate was malfunctioning. With that said, we have overhauled the gate software and added new hardware as well. This included a microwave emitter that should help reduce the number of times the gate has been hit. I'm happy to report that the gates have worked flawlessly for three months without a single issue. We would like to discuss the concerns you had about our parking policies.   • Cheaply constructed and management unresponsive.

    Not recommended at all. Cheap construction. No soundproofing. Broken gate. Great maintenance team but that’s all.

  • As close to having your own home as it gets

    I am renting here until I have two years of commission so that I can buy a house. I found that I can build a brand new home with 9' ceilings, 2 car garage, 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and a finished basement in Monroe Crossings for a little less then what I am paying for my 3 bedroom apartment here. I love that my apartment is new and open just like the house that I will be building. I definitely recommend the Springs Apartments if you do not have the option to build a home that will earn you equity ...
