First Time Renters

All in one living!
August 12, 2021I just moved into the springs at Port Charlotte. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The apartments are great for the area and the amenities are awesome: dog park and bathing area, car wash, pool, fitness room, are all here. You get what you pay for here!
May 16, 2019The Springs at Port Charlotte has low rent and poor management. The apartments are new but are cheaply built. The appliances must be the cheapest that GE still makes. The kitchen appliances are the small, black, old style, and the stoves have drip pans. The counters are faux granite. No backsplash behind the sink. The washer and dryer are cheap and beat clothes into a knot. The tub is an insert rather than a real tub with tiles. The gym is barely a gym and the pool looks like a motel pool. ...No hot tub. The manager must be new because she cannot handle resident issues. Terrible management, cheap features, few amenities describe the apartments. They call this place luxury, I say I got what I paid for by choosing to rent here. I corrected this mistake and found a home with actual "luxury".Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
