April 3, 2025Sadly, I would recommend soldiers and their families not rent from this apartment complex. The amenities and conditions are poor and the hidden expenses are many. Their business practices are obtuse, focusing on their financial needs over the safety of their tenants. Considering there are MANY apartment complexes nearby that offer greater value for your dollar, coupled with more empathy and less hidden fees for everything from pets to laundry, as a former senior non-commissioned officer, I ...suggest young military members take their business elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Awesome staff
November 10, 2024I put in my second maintenance request and this time it was for the door, they shocked me once again, just like the last time and Dan came out not just the same day but within a couple of hours of the request. I have lived in apartments in the past when putting in a work request and getting a response took a week or more. As I stated, the staff is awesome and very friendly. October 12, 2024I found this apartment complex because it’s one of the Very few in the area that’s affordable, has amenities and only charges 2.5x rent instead of 3. And at first I was nervous, but from the very beginning my leasing agent Nykkii was phenomenal and so friendly and helpful with the whole process. I’ve had no issues since moving in. Any requests I’ve had with maintenance was resolved within the next day. Would definitely recommend this complex!Property Manager Responded
