    Sadly, I would recommend soldiers and their families not rent from this apartment complex. The amenities and conditions are poor and the hidden expenses are many. Their business practices are obtuse, focusing on their financial needs over the safety of their tenants. Considering there are MANY apartment complexes nearby that offer greater value for your dollar, coupled with more empathy and less hidden fees for everything from pets to laundry, as a former senior non-commissioned officer, I ...

    So far I love it here! I love how peaceful my neighbors are. I love how any issues I have with anything are addressed immediately. I’m not from here but I feel completely safe coming home.

    We just moved in and absolutely love it, everyone is so nice and everything was so clean when we moved in. Our clock on our oven wasn't working but maintenance came right away!!

    I put in my second maintenance request and this time it was for the door, they shocked me once again, just like the last time and Dan came out not just the same day but within a couple of hours of the request. I have lived in apartments in the past when putting in a work request and getting a response took a week or more. As I stated, the staff is awesome and very friendly. Thank you again guys, I appreciate it.

    I found this apartment complex because it’s one of the Very few in the area that’s affordable, has amenities and only charges 2.5x rent instead of 3. And at first I was nervous, but from the very beginning my leasing agent Nykkii was phenomenal and so friendly and helpful with the whole process. I’ve had no issues since moving in. Any requests I’ve had with maintenance was resolved within the next day. Would definitely recommend this complex!

    Every thing looks fine to me so far. Drive to work is only 10 to 15 minutes, staff are friendly, neighbors look cool, There is even a pool.
