AMAZING!
August 4, 2024Management is amazing. Always willing to help their residents in any way possible. The complex is very safe. Management takes residents safety very seriously. When I had a tour the apartment was spotless. I have heard they recently took over managing another complex next door. I looked at that one too in January. It was covered in roaches, management was very rude. And handyman never cleaned a apartment that was for lease. I recently went on a tour of the other complex with a family member and ...with the management from Springs at Copper Canyon the other complex is turning a great corner. I cannot praise the team enough. It is right next to an elementary school that is also very convenient with having kids. It is also next to a grocery store. These things are all with in walking distance.Property Manager Responded

Don’t move here!!
March 16, 2022I think this is the most drama filled apartments I’ve ever lived in! Good luck If something happens in your apartments maintenance wise. They love to charge and charge and charge you if you’re late giving you late fees on top of late fees and $25 per day you’re late. Angel is gone as well as five other managers since we’ve lived there a year also they are very biased pets poop everywhere and yet only one apartment building has clean up poop signs around it I don’t understand how they expect you ...to pay so much and yet can’t pay someone 20 bucks to clean up poop around all the apartments. Have problems with the plumbing also every time we would use water it would sound like our walls were going to burst open. Every time it would rain or snow there would be a swimming pool on our balcony. We changed lightbulbs once a month at least in every single room because the lights kept flickering and then would go out. If I had the chance to do it all over again I would have stayed in a motel six and just paid them month-to-month this place is ridiculous and I’m sorry for anyone who lives there. There is only one good thing I can say about these apartments and it is that they are very understanding and nice there has only been one manager that I had problems with but they are gone now other than that these are apartments that you would order on wish looks really good in the picture and then you get it home and realize that it’s garbage.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 29, 2020Angel is the best complex manager I have ever come across! She is prompt at everything a tenant could need. Her communication is superiof. She is super sweet and makes sure that all of the policies are followed to ensure the tenants are safe and happy. The apartments are beautiful inside and out!
