May 26, 2026 - Review from Apartments.com?Moving into this apartment was a massive mistake. Management does not care about maintaining this property, and getting anything fixed properly is an absolute nightmare. ?For starters, the washer and dryer never worked right. To make matters worse, there is a severe electrical and plumbing issue—the breaker box in the hallway constantly trips and cuts off. Every single time you run the water, the pipes or walls make an incredibly loud, irritating humming sound. ?When you submit a maintenance ...request, they either ignore it completely or send someone out who does a lazy, temporary patch-job. Every single "fix" required multiple follow-up calls because they never get it right the first time. Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else.Read More

Maintenance staff are very efficient. Moved in like a day after the previous tenants moved out place was spotless. The property is not well build it was just slapped together with no foundation. It’s frogs that’s on your porch. The street light that they still haven’t fixed since they opened and that I have constantly mentioned to the staff over and over again. You can literally hear everything that your neighbors doing. I had been trying to call everyday for over a week to try to get additional information on their two bedrooms. I was never successful at reaching anyone via phone. So i decided to leave work early on a Tuesday afternoon in hopes of touring the community and taking a look at an apartment. When I walked in the office I was immediately impressed by the office, It is very ...beautiful! However, the staff was not friendly at all. I was not greeted by anyone. When I asked about taking a tour I was told they had nothing to show me, I wasn't even offered to see the community or any of the amenities. Honestly, I felt that by being there I was inconveniencing the staff. From what I was able to see, the apartment community looked beautiful but based on the bad vibe I was getting from the staff I decided to look elsewhere. If you find something cheaper go there because the price you pay here is not worth it. I’m definitely leaving after my lease is up. I wish I could give it a zero.
