Our pricing structure is based on various factors, primarily driven by market conditions. In relation to pest control, we take a two-fold approach. We encourage cleanliness among our residents and provide weekly pest control services to address any infestations. If you encountered pest-related concerns, we would like to inquire whether you utilized our pest control services to resolve the issue in your unit. To ensure a clean environment for all residents, we supply stations and waste bags throughout our community to facilitate waste pickup for pet owners. We ...maintain and inspect the premises daily, with our maintenance team doing their best to promptly address any pet waste left behind. August 17, 2021My first month here I witnessed someone get robbed at gun point. There are cops here at least once a month. There is never any parking, i live on one side of the community and have to park on the other and walk very far at night. January 31, 2018Beware, looks great and it’s beautiful, but once you apply and pay all the fees which for 2 people equals $449.00 if you get approved and decide not to take the apartment you WILL NOT BE REFUNDED EVEN A PENNY BACK. We got approved but found a more adequate place to live and call to let them know we decided not to sign a lease that’s when they told us sorry we don’t refund any portion of that money back because we had been approved, now if the application had been denied then you get a small ...portion of that money refunded.. so we would like to make future applicants aware of this rip off .
