January 13, 2021After moving out they tried to charge $225 in cleaning fees. This included carpet cleaning, tub cleaning, stove cleaning, drawer cleaning.. basic things that they would have to clean whenever someone moves out. A plastic rapper was accidentally left behind in a drawer and they tried to charge $15 for that!! Very greedy company.Property Manager Responded

Welcome Home
May 1, 2019If you are looking for your next best place to live, look no further. The Springs at West Chester is an amazing community with unique layouts and new, modern interiors. When the property manager states “Welcome Home” as you are picking up your new home keys, he truly means it. Speaking from my experience, I moved from out of state a little over 2 months ago. It was a stressful period in my life as I was extremely limited on time to find a place and move. I had apartment showings lined up back to ...back for 4 days straight. Not only was Judd and his team wonderful to work with, but Judd even went above and beyond any expectation I had, including answering emails with questions I had after property hours. I’m extremely grateful to have worked with him and felt confident and secure in my decision to live here. It is a dog friendly community which is nice for my furr child to have some friends in an area where we knew no one. As much as the dogs are friendly, so are the people. Walking around the community, you are always greeted with a kind smile. The clubhouse and pool area are top notch and I look forward to spending the warm summer days there. Oh, and the maintenance team is amazing! I had a problem after maintenance hours and they showed up, with smile on his face, to take care it, reassuring me it was no problem at all that is was late. I have no doubt that anything I may run in to will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The location is perfect and secure. It is about 5mins from I-75, so you can be anywhere in the Cincinnati area in less than 30mins (excluding traffic). There are plenty of entertainment activities and grocery stores nearby. Not a doubt in my mind that I made the perfect decision to make this my new home here in Ohio. Thanks all!Property Manager Responded

Great Location, Love the Amenities
January 28, 2019We love it here. We feel safe in our quiet corner. The pool, gym, and clubhouse are very nice, and it is huge for me that I have a washer and dryer in the apartment. The office team communicates very well in all circumstances. Both the office team and maintenance staff are always helpful, courteous, and effective during any interaction or job. A home away from home
December 5, 2017I have recently moved to the area from Cleveland but this place I can say I call home. The place is very clean as it is new but everyday I see it being maintained and cleaned by staff as well. The Staff show high amounts of respect and also help with everything even after the move. The buildings are well built and the builders have not taken any shortcuts. If you are a young professional looking to live in a nice community I would highly recommend this place.
