December 18, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comMy move-in experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite selecting my preferred apartment units, the management ended up placing me in a unit I had explicitly rejected. This seemed intentional, as the units I actually wanted were suddenly unavailable. On top of that, there were billing errors right from the start, and I was back-charged for incorrect rent amounts, even receiving a late fee for their mistake. Additionally, the valet trash service that I’m charged for barely shows up, and ...there’s no reimbursement for that. Communication is poor, emails go unanswered, and overall, the management is disorganized and unprofessional.
