September 7, 2025My experience as a resident has been okay. The community itself is really nice, and I appreciate how well it’s kept up. One of the things that stood out to me right away was the fitness center, it’s convenient to have access to it so close by and it definitely adds to the value of living here. The neighborhood is also very quiet which has made it easy to feel comfortable and at home without a lot of outside noise or distractions. July 5, 2025Once I filled out my application, Amazing was my first contact person. All I can say is is ….WOW! She’s really amazing! Once I was approved, the move in was a breeze. The office manager Jordan is very nice as well. I love living here. I went to my first concert yesterday on the 4th of July. All the people there were so friendly. The car show was my favorite. I feel so blessed to live here because my apartment is beautiful. I love the layout and everything is new. I’m new to this area ...but I’m definitely calling this my home. The location is perfect! Everything is is walking distance you actually don’t have to drive to park, downtown, shops, and restaurants. The amenities Springside offers make you feel like you’re in a resort. Kudos to management for wonderful customer service and making me feel like family.Property Manager Responded
