June 28, 2025I moved out here about a month ago and so far, so good! It’s nice and quiet, which I really appreciate. The only downside has been that the pool hasn’t been open yet and I still don’t have access to the fitness room. Other than that, everything has been great. I would definitely recommend this place to others!Property Manager Responded

March 11, 2025Buildings are in good shape, maintenance is available via a ticket system, the grounds are kept clean, the front office is friendly and communicate important information timely. This is a safer community than many in the neighboring areas. There was a ton of extra parking and it will return once the road issue gets addressed. The secured laundry room was temporarily shut down while they swapped out machines and again when the pipes froze(thankfully they sent out tips to keep apartment pipes from ...doing the same) and everything is back up and running. Mail gets delivered around 5pm and there are some issues with deliveries but that's not the developments fault and I've had to talk with the delivery driver and the customer service rep so they would get paid. Paying rent is easy however there's a fee to do it online. The app for the laundry room is okay however it locks you into a digital wallet. There was a food truck for Thanksgiving which was nice. January 27, 2025I chose Springtree Apartments based off of location to my work, rental price, and the amenities. I have a dog and have loved being able to (almost always) comfortably walk her around the property at night and have access to a dog park where (almost always) other residents pick-up after their pets. However, many amenities have been recently experiencing issues and no compensation has been offered by the property or management company. We have had deep sinkholes blocking part of the driveway for as ...long as I've been living here (6 months) and its only gotten worse. Our laundry room was supposed to be upgraded but instead has been missing from the amenities for 3 months, and just recently our gym (2 treadmills) has been shut down because of failure to upkeep the machines. Overall, my experience with their leasing agent, Kelly has been frustrating as she needs to work on her customer service personality. December 2, 2024They have completely closed the laundry room for about a month now stating that new washers and dryers would be coming in…Still closed. If your a little late on rent they do not care to work with you and state they will file eviction on the 4th whether you can pay the late fee or not.Review from Apartments.com

November 19, 2024The issue with the big pothole in the middle of the parking lot my company cannot parl in front of the building (Q) not to mention it is dangerous.
