Replacing light bulb on building near bushes
June 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.com(ROSEWOOD APARTMENTS)I really would like to give it a 5 star review. But it seems that a bulb light has been out since February 2026 . The reason it needs to be replaced is high volume of traffic comes through the bushes some folks have swatting in the brushes made tents ect. It seems that it’s a problem to make sure the light come on when it gets dark outside. I put in 3 requests.. they still say they replace it but I know it hasn’t because it’s not coming on ..when Miss Debi was here she had ...no problem making sure that light bulb was replaced and working. She had Darius get a ladder with a brand new bulb and put it in and the next day she called me to see if the light was working… that was 2 years ago .Read More

May 10, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comMoved in here last year. Was here less than a month and had gigantic roaches coming from next door!! Had them in the bedroom kitchen bathroom and living room! Told management about them and of course nothing was done for 4 months. Exterminator came last month to exterminate. No cockroach’s seen for three days, then have seen one very large one on the kitchen wall and alot of baby ones in the kitchen!! I called the property manager two weeks ago and have not heard from anyone since. This place is ...a hole in the ground. Not sure what is worse, management or the roaches!!Read More
