Current resident terrible management
February 2, 2020Do not live here. Management does not care about you and will not handle anything because they are afraid of confrontation. They will leave a car with its alarm going off for days and do nothing about it. To the point to were the police have to let every caller know that it is managements job. Horrific experience with tons of police activity and very little management. If you enjoy loud alarm cars and constant police lights this is the spot for youProperty Manager Responded

This place has gone downhill.
August 6, 2018This used to be the property to live in and now it just seems like nobody who runs it cares. Nobody comes around the pick up trash around the property, the office staff forgets to submit requests and or close them out, they let people cookout in their garages waiting for them to burn down, they tried fixing the foyer doors and then left them untrimmed and unpainted, and they allow dogs even though above they say they do not because all you have to do is say that it is your "service animal". And ...then the rent goes up? Between the barking, trash, flooding, and not so smart people living around you, I was glad to leave. Rent a house. I have been told that all of the properties in the area are under the same corporate management team. It really stinks when nobody seems to care.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 7, 2017I lived here for 9 years, and have since moved to Columbus. I love Columbus....but truly miss all the great things about Spruce Run. I never had a problem with anything! Understanding Staff / So Quite and Beauitful
September 22, 2015I had recently move from out of town rather quickly due to my last minute job relocation. I had been searching on line for weeks and still I hadn't found anything that was ready to move in by the two weeks I had to relocate. So I decided to drive three & a half hours up to Cleveland on my off day because I was so pressed for time just to cruise around and see what I cold find. Three apartments later and several rude people nothing ;-(. So my last stop was Spruce Run from the time I walked in I ...felt at home the staff was very friendly and understood my needs & to top it off they had three apartments available. Not just the fancy 'MODLE APARTMENT' its the one you'll actually would be renting now that's a 'A ' in my book also its a self tore to where your actually comfortable to look around. Apartments are very well kept & halls are clean. Just to sum it all up I love my new apartment and I am just waiting for next summer so I can take advantage of the beautiful pool.. Fair to Good.......
August 31, 2015I have live here almost a year now, I must say that the community is very surreal and inviting. The people here are friendly, culturally diverse, and there is a good balance of people from all age groups as well. The staff is very helpful.during the winter snow season the staff is very prompt as far as snow removal. The environment is kept clean and attractive. The school buses picks and drops off our children to and from school conveniently in front of the community center. The down side here ...is that there is a pool here but no playground for the children to play. The quality of the material used on the inside of the unit I lived in, was certainly not what I would have expected from a place that keeps the outside looking great. I have had some light pest problems that were quickly resolved for the most part. If they make some better upgrades here in the quality of the units; as well as add a playground for the kids to play in, this place has the potential to be great. I hope this helps.
