I’m very happy with the amenities (a gym, a community room, and a small co-working space) and pleasantly surprised by how much safer and quieter a two block difference can make. Would recommend !!

June 11, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comthe staff was very welcoming and accommodating over the phone and for the tour. apartments were cute and the high ceilings made them feel bigger than other apartments i toured. the building is unrecognizable from when it was dorms for Uarts. lot of nostalgia from when i lived there, i always loved how close it was to center city. glad to see Jays is still there :)
