June 30, 2025I moved from the Adelphia house a couple blocks away and couldn’t be happier. My apartment is brand new and I love how much light it gets. I’m very happy with the amenities (a gym, a community room, and a small co-working space) and pleasantly surprised by how much safer and quieter a two block difference can make. June 11, 2025the staff was very welcoming and accommodating over the phone and for the tour. apartments were cute and the high ceilings made them feel bigger than other apartments i toured. the building is unrecognizable from when it was dorms for Uarts. lot of nostalgia from when i lived there, i always loved how close it was to center city. glad to see Jays is still there :)Review from Apartments.com
