We were asked to sign for an apartment we could not see
March 16, 2025Our tour guide was very friendly, we liked the unit we toured, though we were not allowed to see the unit we would be living in during that tour. And the other unit we had toured had previously been applied on. I understood. Some people are not comfortable with strangers entering their apartment, and no one is perfect as our agent missed that the unit had been rented prior to setting up the tour for it. A few weeks later we are still unable to see the unit and we are being asked to sign a lease. ...This is never something anyone should do, and to have it suggested was extremely unprofessional. It is a shame because the area is beautiful and well maintained, but we could not sign for something we could not seeProperty Manager Responded

Amazing
January 31, 2025We have had a wonderful time renting at Spur16. They are so easy to work with and they maintain their properties well. The location cannot be beat. The pool is so fun in the summertime and the walking paths are enjoyable year round for our dog. We cannot recommend Spur16 enough :)Property Manager Responded

June 16, 2023We have lived here 3 years and it has been a tremendous experience throughout. The ownership of this property is extremely tenant-focused and they go through great pains to keep the property clean, modern, and useable. You have the close proximity of the Public Market, Foxtown, and St. Paul’s but by 8pm it is so quiet you’d think you live in the country, except for the occasional band’s music floating over from Foxtown. But then grab a beer and sit on your large patio and enjoy good music without ...the crowd. This is a great place whether you like to mingle with neighbors (PM sponsored gatherings at the pool and clubhouse) or if you like to just keep to yourself like we do. Home Sweet Spur!
June 29, 2022My husband and I have lived at Spur 16 since it first opened in Fall 2019. It has been our first home together as a married couple and we could not love it more! The accessibility to the best restaurants, coffee shops, parks, golf courses, and shopping in the area cannot be beat. We adore our apartment and we constantly get compliments from our family and friends how much they love our apartment as well. We love how beautiful the Spur grounds are and we always feel safe. We just renewed our lease ...which makes this year 4 we will be living at home sweet Spur. We have had nothing but an amazing experience living here and we truly will be sad to leave when it comes time to buy a house. April 27, 2020Moved to Spur 16 in March 2020. Had a great family birthday celebration in the clubhouse. I was looking forward to enjoying all the other amenities, local community, and restaurants. But then our country and all of us were overcome by events. Since then the Spur 16 staff has been extremely professional and diligent in keeping us up to date on safe-at-home impacts. They make sure the facilities are safe and clean, and remain first class. Michelle, Alana, Samantha, and Andrae are simple the best ...... and it shows every day. The community room, located in the clubhouse, is a perfect spot to host a party. The workout facility has brand new Peloton bikes which are a wonderful perk.
