    Convenient location and acceptable living conditions. Difficult to impossible to reach management. No on-site property manager. Even thought the rent is one of the highest in the Tech area, they will find ways to charge you extra - like for liability insurance, electricity overage, etc. We were charged incorrectly at least 6 times in the last year and each month had to email to get the account credited.
