December 18, 2017Lack of management skills. Very Poor customer service. Constant Breach of contract on management side With no coporation when they tell you cannot enter our home or your animals cannot be in your home Which I pay for. Plus black mold and mildew in wallsProperty Manager Responded

Our management team works to follow all lease terms and provide proper notice when entry is required, as permitted by the lease and Oregon law. We do not restrict residents from being in their homes, nor do we prohibit pets from being present during approved or noticed maintenance unless there is a specific safety-related reason, which would be clearly communicated in advance. Regarding mold or mildew concerns, we are not aware of any confirmed black mold within the community. Any report we receive is taken seriously and referred to licensed professionals for inspection and remediation if needed. We encourage residents to submit maintenance requests so concerns can be properly documented and addressed. Its ok
August 11, 2015The management has changed several times. We have had a leaking fridge for a long time and they havent been able to fix it. Someone one in our building smokes weed and the smell goes through the vents and into our bathroom which as you can imagine, reeks. The pool closes too early at 9 and the gym is lame. We have had all three of our vehicles broken into (there is no security at night) and have had my car vandilized while in my assigned parking spot. At the top of the hill people people "do it" ...in their cars. There are no street lights at the top of the hill that leads into the trail park and people get busy. If we could afford to move we would in a heart beat.Property Manager Responded

While management has changed over time, our current team is committed to addressing maintenance issues as they are reported. If a refrigerator or any appliance is not functioning properly, we ask that a work order be submitted so it can be documented and scheduled for repair or replacement as needed. Odors from neighboring units, including smoke, can be difficult to control in multi-family housing, but we do encourage residents to report these concerns so we can investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with community policies. Community amenity hours, including the pool and fitness center, are set to balance resident use, safety, and local regulations. Feedback on these amenities is always welcomed and shared with ownership. Regarding vehicle break-ins or vandalism, we strongly encourage ...residents to report incidents directly to local law enforcement. While the community is not able to guarantee against criminal activity, we do cooperate with authorities when incidents are reported. We understand your frustration and regret that your experience has not met expectations. Residents are always encouraged to contact the leasing office directly so concerns can be reviewed and addressed where possible.
