    This place will break your contract and not compensate You there is black mold in the walls if you're allergic do not live here parking is very underwhelming for the size of this place if you have more than one vehicle good luck finding parking if you work past 5:00 p.m.

    Lack of management skills. Very Poor customer service. Constant Breach of contract on management side With no coporation when they tell you cannot enter our home or your animals cannot be in your home Which I pay for. Plus black mold and mildew in walls

    The management has changed several times. We have had a leaking fridge for a long time and they havent been able to fix it. Someone one in our building smokes weed and the smell goes through the vents and into our bathroom which as you can imagine, reeks. The pool closes too early at 9 and the gym is lame. We have had all three of our vehicles broken into (there is no security at night) and have had my car vandilized while in my assigned parking spot. At the top of the hill people people "do it" ...
    in their cars. There are no street lights at the top of the hill that leads into the trail park and people get busy. If we could afford to move we would in a heart beat.
