November 20, 2024Its ok here....moved here years afo and now getting harder for me to get around...the management leaves toy alone but when there's rent due she will ataer calling you...the pool is a a nice way to relax in the summertime...there are very nosey neighbors also but if you can get past that its fineProperty Manager Responded

September 18, 2024I have not arrived yet but my husband has...he moved us in and I am joining him tomorrow. He has had to ask for multiple maintenance issues already, a missing handle on a cabinet, a brand new dryer that made odd noises, plus several more kitchen items as he first walked in. This means to me that no one did a walk through prior to our arrival and checked the walls, floor, appliances, etc. This would take just minutes in an empty unit and should be what is done each and every time. My husband ...did say they were nice about it and sent people over quickly (still waiting on the dryer person though) but that does not make a good first impression. Plus he had to deal with people coming and going while trying to move us in and set up. They get points for being super nice but there should always be a check of any unit before new tenants move in. This is also a newly renovated unit so that means the work was not checked before the crew left. Not good.Property Manager Responded
