I just didn't know if that would scare someone. I would think you would promte the fact that we really, really need our washer/dryer and to have the motor burn up on first use was traumatic, but your staff did a fast, fantastic substitution and we received a newer, upgraded unit all on the same day! I see trash everywhere ,broken beer bottles in carport area , parents letting their children throw trash in playground area.
