We lived at St James for around 3 years and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend St James if you are looking for quiet place to live at a great price. The apartments themselves are in a great part of town where there are nearby stores and schools. The grounds were kept nice and neat and it was also a calm, quiet environment. Rose is an amazing person. She is incredibly kind and helpful. If I ever had an maintenance issues she was quick to put in the work order and maintenance would ...

address any issues practically the same day or the latest the next day. Maintenance was also helpful in keeping us informed at all times of what caused an issue and how they would fix it. For some this may not matter but for me it meant a lot that Aaron would take the time to explain things to me. St James is overall a great place to live with friendly staff! I would come back in a heartbeat.

I lived at the St. James apartments for over 4 years and absolutely loved every moment of it. The staff and tenets, were always polite and welcoming. The staff were attentive, reliable and responded to our needs in a timely manner. They are pet friendly, which was great for our pup. The prices are affordable and the environment is safe and comfortable.

My wife and I will be moving into one of the 2 bedroom townhouse lofts with a fireplace ....wow...we're else in harlingen or anywere else for that matter could you find such an awesome pad layout like that for $640 a month ...in the heart of the city beautiful landscaping...2 pools ...big fitness center ...remote entry for its gated community...friendly management...friendly staff in general I spoke briefly to both of the maintenance guys just willing to help with anything ...we're really excited ...

about our move here ...we're coming from a small apartment that we paid water ...$850 a month rent...paid for covered parking $20 per spot a month with all the extra charges about $900....and the people upstairs stomping all night long ...we're so happy to have found ST James Apartments...NO EXTRA HIDDEN CHARGES ...so we will be saving about $3000 a year in a way more awesome place ...A huge thankyou goes out from my wife and I to the ladies in the office that helped us out In such a quick manner...

I have lived at the St. James apartments for over 3 years and have enjoyed living here. I'm a single mother of 2. The landlady's there work well with you and are always there to help with anything. I recommend this apartment to anyone with a family or single people. The environment is quiet and I have been blessed to have great neighbors. I also like the fact that they do background checks on all tenants. It gives me peace of mind as a single mother. Thank you St. James!

St. James Apartments is a great place to live. It is a gated area which makes you feel safe and comfortable and we each get our own designated parking. The complex has two large pools which are perfect during the summer time, laundry facilities, and a workout room, not to mention, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have lived in the St. James Apartments for right about 3 years and we have enjoyed living here! The complex has lots of big tall trees that provide plenty of shade keeping our apartment cool and utility bills low. Everyone gets 1 designated parking spot and there is plenty of parking for extra cars as well. Having 2 pools that go from 3 - 6 ft deep they are enjoyable for adults and our 2 year old son. Each apartment has a out door patio and allows grilling within a reasonable distance from ...

your back door. It's great having a residential neighborhood just outside the gate as we often go for a bike ride outside the complex with out having to worry about cars zipping past at 50-60 miles per hour. They are older construction apartments, but they were built with quality. We have never heard our neighbors through the walls unless they were watching a movie in the living room, even then it was quite muffled. We brought our own washer and dryer to use the hook ups in the apartment, but there are 2-3 laundry buildings on the complex. There is plenty of closet space through out the apartments and they don't mind you decorating your patio a bit. When we have packages that don't fit in the mailbox we usually get a call to pick up the package, and someone is always in the office during business hours. There isn't any hidden fees in the contract either! You DON'T pay separately for the trash pickup, or the water, or your pet, or your covered parking. If it wasn't for wanting to buy a house we might just stay here forever.

Saint James Apartments is a hidden gem down south. Although this is a tenured complex they do a phenomenal job with the maintenance and upkeep. They are constantly making sure the grass is cut and the pools are clean. I recently moved into the Saint James Apartments in Harlingen, TX and so far I love it here. It is nice and quiet here and I love the shaded paths to walk my dog. The manager and assistant manager have been so helpful to me since I moved here. I was watching my grandbaby and needed maintenance to come by so they actually called me ahead of time so as not to wake up the baby. Where do you get customer service like that? Everything that I have asked to have fixed has been taken care of ...
