The Manager is not helpful
March 3, 2026On March 2, 2026, I visited the office for assistance. I asked the manager for help, and she told me to have a seat and said that Monica, the leasing agent, would be back shortly to assist me. I asked why she was unable to help me, and she stated that assisting residents is what the leasing agents are for. This response made me feel very upset and uncomfortable, as I did not understand why I had to wait when she was available. After going back and forth, she eventually asked what I needed. I ...informed her that I needed a parking pass and had questions regarding my renewal. She provided the parking pass but stated that she did not know how to assist me with the renewal questions. I ultimately left the office feeling as though I was disturbing her. Because of her actions, I may not renew my lease.Property Manager Responded

First day move in and really disappointed
July 7, 2021First off the apartment was not ready to be moved into, the cabinets are in poor condition, the counter top has tons of scratches like the previous tenants were cutting whatever on the countertops. The bathtub looks like it hasn't been clean and ready for the new tenants. We were showed the model apartment and were told it was the same layout only less bedrooms and we weren't allowed to see the apartment until move in day. Handicap Parking Not Enforced
September 7, 2020If you or your company need’s handicap parking and have a placard then good luck! Lots of vehicles park in handicap spaces without a placard and is never enforced. Just watch at the vehicles that stay parked for hours without ever displaying a handicap placard when people know those vehicles don’t have one and don’t park further away. Handicap parking is marked by blue paint and signs but people don’t care. It’s not the ones who quickly drop things or people off and go, it’s other vehicles and ...moving trucks that have been emptied that stay for hours instead of moving it elsewhere after emptied. So if you’re looking to move there or visit a resident and need handicap parking, good luck! Handicap parking is never enforced even with regular empty spaces open so if you’re a rule breaker then you’ll be in luck! Great Apartments, Horrible Staff
August 29, 2016The actual apartments are beautiful. They are all newer and we did not have any problems with the actual apartment moving in. The whole neighborhood is well kept and dog friendly. The only problem I have ever had is with parking and leasing. While trying to handle our lease we had a lot of trouble just getting it done. First they would tell us to do one thing and to leave to do it, and when we returned they would do the same. They had us running back and forth instead of just telling us ...everything we needed at one time. Once we had everything, they left the office early so we had to wait another day to sign the lease. This was obviously a burden because we had no where to stay. We then had to wait two more days because, as it turned out, our lease hadn't actually been created yet and they were stalling. Once we got the lease my name was spelled wrong. Only one person on staff there has been actual help to us the whole time we've been here. Everyone else seems to just waste our time so they don't have to work. Parking is the biggest issue here, other than staff. First of all, there aren't enough parking spots for all of the tenets. Not even enough for one vehicle per apartment. Every day it is a struggle to get a spot, and you're lucky if you don't have to park almost a block away. On top of that, there is hardly any visitor parking, and the spaces that are there are always taken by residents. (Which is understandable.) I think what makes the visitor parking a hassle is that they enforce towing if you don't have a tag. So if you have visitors and there is no visitor parking, even if they are only there for an hour, they may get towed. I would recommend these apartments to friends because they're super nice, especially for the price. But you have to be able to make arrangements around what the staff wants, because they obviously don't put tenants first.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 10, 2015These apartments are made as if you are in house: high ceiling, central air, large rooms and appliances which include refrigerator, stove, and microwave. July 22, 2015The apartments are gorgeous. There's a lovely pool and they're puppy friendly. These apartments also have the lowest crime level in the area thanks to the plethera of police officers living here. It's the best apartments near the base and the best in Goose Creek. It is a short drive to downtown Charleston and there are malls and restaurants close by. Fantastic safe place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Great Apartment and Location
August 5, 2015After searching through many apartments in the area, this apartment won over them all! The apartment is close to shopping and surrounding areas. (Target, Walmart, Publix, Bi-Lo, gas stations) I put in a work order and they visited the very next day to fix the problem! No questions asked! I have been very pleased with the cleanliness of the amenities and pool area! They have a dog park and are very dog friendly. Love the area

Apartments are nice and larger but I was slightly disappointment with the interior but not enough to lower the rating. The layout is nice. Maintenance men are fast and prompt on coolants.
