It is a very serene environment just as I like it. My only issue currently is that the dryer is not working properly and before it does you have to support it with a chair and it is very uncomfortable to do that i hope it will be fixed soon.

Really Good to live here! Best maintenance department by far! Only giving four stars because of the noise coming from the basketball court sometimes late at night, but besides that, Great!

Our apartments super nice. It’s in a great area. The only downside I’ve seen so far is the community center hours for mail, tanning, pool, etc.

I’ve had a great experience living here. Management is very tenant-focused, safety is clearly a priority, and the pricing is fair compared to other apartments in the area. Maintenance and communication have also been reliable, which makes living here much less stressful.

I’m not a resident yet, but I’ll be living there soon. I chose this student housing mainly because it’s very close to my university. From the beginning, the leasing staff welcomed me very well; they were very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. The property is also very clean, which really reassured me. They are very good with getting things fixed when you put a work order in. I wish they would fix the pot holes and work on people going the wrong way in this place.

The staff is very patient and cooperative with any issues that may occur. The amenities are very simple but well worth the expense.once I moved in the complex had several days with events and free food for the residents which is a big plus.
