Horrible property to rent from
June 4, 2019St. Mary's Woods Apartment management sent me this survey to complete because they value my opinion. Well, my experience here has been awful from the moment I moved in until I received a non-renewal notice to move out. I have lived here for almost 4 years (3 yrs and 11 months). I've spent approximately $90,000 in rents and utilities (water, sewer, and garbage) They are displacing my family, so they can upgrade my unit and rent it for more money. My family is in crisis. My daughter has 1 year left ...to graduate from high school. My 14 year old dog (who has been charged $25 per month rent) is sick, aging, and experiencing dementia and will likely have to be put to sleep due to the stress that moving is having on her. The management team is rude, ruthless, demeaning, relentless, and cruel. It was not worth the time, money, stress, tears, or disappointment that my family and I have experienced in the last 4 years. Go find a property that cares about their residents because this one does not.Property Manager Responded

Outdated, Rundown, and Poorly Maintained
May 28, 2016The manager and asst. manager are completely inept. The gutters were not cleaned before the heavy winter rain and water backed up into my unit causing the sheet rock to mold. The saturated section was not replaced, yet as part of the lease agreement, you must agree not to have more than three house plants to prevent mold. The toilet was not properly installed and leaked over time saturating the sub floor, requiring the sub floor and vinyl flooring to be replaced. St Marys Woods-Beaverton
August 17, 2015This place is ok. the walls are too thin and you can hear your neighbors real well. you can also smell the lovely meals they are cooking. The office staff is nice, but the manager is not very nice and she is unreliable. I had a few issues with them, they treat you like you are a robot. No human compassion you are a number to them. The office women are nice to talk to and seem like they are there to help. The garbage facilities are not adequate. The gym is small.Review from Apartments.com
