Mostly quiet area, and amenities are solid. Staff (maintenance and otherwise) are friendly and helpful. The location isn’t the greatest, so that is probably the biggest downside.

Area could be better but most days/nights it’s pretty quiet. Neighbors are pretty friendly. Nice dog park for our pups to play. If you have kids, giant playground for them to play. Staff is nice.

We have lived in this apartment for 4years. It has been majority pleasant. The neighbors are civil. The management and maintenance respond and inform fairly. The only thing we have had multiple issues with the plumbing about a couple or few times a year since 2021 because the lines are connected with the other apartments. Outside of that it's been a good experience in this community.

Management is nice, it seems quiet so far, the apartment is rough it's quite dirty, alot of things don't work or broken. Hopefully it gets fix fast.
