Don’t be mislead !!
May 14, 2020This place is horrible.. place smells like sewage. i’d walk into my apartment and my whole apartment reeks of sewage, nobody ever fixed it and they’ll just tell you “that happens sometimes in all the units” but the smell is horrid. The fire alarm goes off at 3 am, 4 am randomly sometimes but very frequently and it’s the one to the main building not the smoke director so it’s extremely loud & everybody has to leave out the building and everytime it’s a “false alarm”.. when I left my apartment they ...didn’t want to give me my security deposit back because of the paint job that needed to be done until I made a huge deal out of it then they only gave me some of it back.. Amazing location
March 29, 2020Perfect for me since I work at Henry Ford. Close to public transportation so I can get by without a car. Apartments are on smaller side but have enough cabinets and nice closet space. Maintenance on site is great - quick response to issues. Feel very safe and secure especially because of on site staff. Very convenient for mail/package deliveries. Just waiting for retail in the building. Hope that happens.Review from Apartments.com
So close to campus
September 7, 2018As a student of Wayne State, this location is the best in my opinion. Your not on campus so you can escape all the stress, its close enough so you relive your transit stress. The walls are concrete so you can stop worrying about a noise complaint, and the hall ways are big enough for actual furniture to fit.Review from Apartments.com
