I have been searching all over Columbia for the perfect fit for my unborn child and I. I have had a hard time finding places that actually seem interested in renting to you. Other places that I went to around town would just hand me an application, give me their normal schpeal about the application fee and send me on my way without offer any kind of help. The day I talked to Lisa Baker at Stadium Apartments was the day I was talking to someone I knew cared about my wants and needs and also
...wanted me as a tenant. From day one, she was so warm and friendly, she answered every question I had and made the whole application and move in process so easy I don't think I worried about it one time. She literally took care of everything, all the way up to meeting me to pick up the application fee and the check for me to move in. She goes WAY above and beyond the requirements of her job. She even went as far as to stop by and ask me if everything was okay and when I told her about a very minor problem with my sink, Maintenance was literally knocking on my door less than a day later fixing it. She genuinely cares about her tenants and she is hands down the best landlord I have ever had. If you're looking for a quiet place, that is kept up very nicely, is family friendly, that goes above and beyond for you and is very centrally located; look no further than Stadium Apartments! (But make sure you ask for Lisa!)
