There were many problems associated with this place. Many issues came up but very little was done to alleviate such concerns - not just myself but by other residents. I would advise others to do their due diligence prior to making any commitments.

Love living here!

Have lived here 6 years and it just keeps getting better. The apartments in this building have the largest square footage with the most spacious layouts in all of platinum triangle. ( I’ve toured them all ) Every unit has 2 bathrooms, including 1 bedroom apartments. The quality of the finishes are high end and don’t feel cheap like many other high priced apartments in the area. The location is prime! Right between the 57 and the 5 freeways. Extremely convenient to head out in any direction. ...
Living on the top floor, the views are priceless. Mountains one direction, Angels Stadium and Disneyland fireworks, what more could you ask for. But the best part of living here is the staff! Luis and his maintenance team are hands down the nicest, most professional team of people I’ve ever met. Everything I have requested from them has been taken care of quickly and is done with care. Luis clearly takes pride in his work and the care of this building and it shows throughout the whole team. Excellence at its best. The office staff has also been great. Very accommodating to any needs I have brought to them. Ashley the community director leads an amazing team of people here that genuinely go out of their way to make sure we are happy and feel at home. Thank you all for a great experience.

I really Love my apartment its really special because it has a sport bar at the bottom of the apartment.the Apartment is so big. i love the rooftop lounge also the pool. this apartment has everything you need all in one. I'm so thankful for Apartment.com for helping me and my Family find the prefect home . i will make sure i tell all my friends and family if their in need of a apartment to look on Apartment.com.
