Shelby is extremely invested into the overall satisfaction of the residence. She has the mind of an elephant and knows everyone who lives there and their story. Daniel (the master handyman) is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever met. He is always fixing issues, responding to calls, and maintaining the property. When my neighbor got locked out of his apartment at 10:30pm on a Wednesday, he called the emergency number and Daniel was there in 10 minutes. Also, when I moved in I purchased a mattress and realized I could lift it up the stairs to my apartment. I called Shelby and Daniel came over almost immediately and helped me lift it into my unit. I also noticed that the property owner was also very involved. Though I never met him personally, he was always over seeing different projects and making sure his investment was protected. I would recommend this apartment to anyone moving to San Angelo. It is affordable, centrally located and run by professionals.
