I loved my stay at Woodway! The apartments are a wonderful size. There was a washer/dryer combo in my unit which was nice and convenient. They also have a laundry room with a workout area. Management was wonderful and I never had any issues. Marcel is fabulous and does a wonderful job! Maintenance was wonderful and fixed any issues right away! The apartments are dog friendly! The apartments are in a good area and I felt safe at all times. Nice and quiet! Parking is right in front of your unit. ...

They have a nice and well kept pool and lounge area!

WOW! I have never had such good luck at a rental property. The location is ideal if you are a sports fan, or if you want to be outside of town a bit. It is close in proximity to campus and walking distance to games. There are plenty of amenities and ample parking. The apartments themselves are clean, quiet, and homey. What has really set Woodway apart from others is the management. They are on top of maintenance and look to have a relationship with the tenants. I have heard horror stories from ...

I have really enjoyed living at Woodway this year and I have been very impressed with the attentive management and maintenance staff. Kelly is always willing to help me with any questions I have, and our maintenance request is always answered and dealt with on the same day or the next if we have ever had any issues. Afforable and clean/updated apartments for anyone who may be looking!

I love that I don't have to worry about parking for the games and can just walk across the street to the stadium. The new renovations are beautiful- stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in the apartments, dog run and so much more! I recommend for sure!

Woodway Apts is safe and decent living at affordable rent. The staff is friendly and courteous. It is centrally located. Close to the bus route to K-State University which allows me to leave my car and ride the bus to school.

Woodway is a very affordable place to live, especially on a college budget. The apartments are clean and ready to go when you move in. The tenants are well taken care of. If you ever need maintenance, they are very good about getting to you as soon as possible. It is a quiet and cozy area to live. If you love football, you would love living across from the stadium. They have a pool and on sight laundry, which is always a plus.

The apartments are fairly nice. There is a pool for all residents to use. However the kitchen appliances are not that great, and they 'fix' them when broken. Also this last time they sprayed for bugs we didn't get sufficient warning and as we weren't supposed to enter the apartment for three hours after the spraying they really should have gotten a hold of us as it was a health danger.
