They also have a laundry room with a workout area. Management was wonderful and I never had any issues. Marcel is fabulous and does a wonderful job! Maintenance was wonderful and fixed any issues right away! The apartments are dog friendly! The apartments are in a good area and I felt safe at all times. Nice and quiet! You Cannot Ask For Better Management!
April 18, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comWOW! I have never had such good luck at a rental property. The location is ideal if you are a sports fan, or if you want to be outside of town a bit. It is close in proximity to campus and walking distance to games. There are plenty of amenities and ample parking. The apartments themselves are clean, quiet, and homey. What has really set Woodway apart from others is the management. They are on top of maintenance and look to have a relationship with the tenants. I have heard horror stories from ...landlords taking advantage of their tenants and have had an issue with another entity in Manhattan, but this company is genuine and gives you respect. Kelly is always willing to help me with any questions I have, and our maintenance request is always answered and dealt with on the same day or the next if we have ever had any issues. October 6, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWoodway is a very affordable place to live, especially on a college budget. The apartments are clean and ready to go when you move in. The tenants are well taken care of. If you ever need maintenance, they are very good about getting to you as soon as possible. It is a quiet and cozy area to live. If you love football, you would love living across from the stadium. They have a pool and on sight laundry, which is always a plus.

October 4, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are fairly nice. There is a pool for all residents to use. However the kitchen appliances are not that great, and they 'fix' them when broken. Also this last time they sprayed for bugs we didn't get sufficient warning and as we weren't supposed to enter the apartment for three hours after the spraying they really should have gotten a hold of us as it was a health danger.
