Fantastic First Apartment!

I have lived at Stadium View the entirety of my Ames experience. I have nothing negative to say about the property or the staff, but I will say the current staff has the best communication habits. I have lived through the changes in management and maintenance, however I have not had a negative experience with either. All it takes is asking the staff when you’re unsure of something and following the terms of your lease agreement!

Terrible Place to Live
October 26, 2021
This place is always dirty, moved in and the apartment was dirty. Dog hair is everywhere in stair wells and hallways. Smells terrible in the hallways all the time. The office staff is in no way helpful. They are very unorganized and are rude. The parking is also a mess and very un organized. Would not ever suggest anyone to live here! Price is also definitely not worth it.

  Good morning Ellie! We apologize for any discrepancies in our cleaning routines onsite. We do have some excellent news in that regard, though! We had all the hallways cleaned on Monday and now have it set up to be cleaned by a vendor twice monthly. We have also been able to finally fill our open porter position to make sure things are kept clean in between the professional cleanings. If there is anything else our manager Megan can help you with, she's aware of your review and would be glad to discuss in-office or over the phone - whatever works best for you! Hope to improve your experience here as the days move on, Ellie.
