Love the staff and residents. Apartment is good but lack of a mailbox and the construction is inconvenient. Also the random emails about having to turn off our water to fix something is an issue noe that I work from home. But other than that I have no complaints. The real selling point is the staff and the programs and support they give to make the residents feel cared for

We have tried to do our best with the changes external to us and having the mail in the front office gives our incredible residents a reason to come see us in the front office. We also try to make sure that our residents are in the know when things are being repaired or changed so that its not a surprise so that there are no surprises but we will absolutely try our best to remedy the frequency to next to none!

Good place to live close to campus. Place is an older apartment complex so the apartments are not so high tech as newer complexes. Price and amenities are alright. Staff is very cordial and friendly.

Stadium view is a great place to live. Is very close to the university so you can get to the campus by walking. Also the stadium is very close and the REC center. Great place for students.
