They do their best to make their tenants to feel good and yes tenants experience this as well! Caring and friendly staff
July 29, 2025The rent is cheap and the staff is fantastic!! If you're hit with financial difficulties, the staff will try their absolute best to accommodate you. You won't feel weird about it since you hang out at the office to chat and joke around, and you'll get to know the staff personally. Other properties might have better amenities, but Stadium View's real amenity is the staff itself.Property Manager Responded

April 3, 2025Very nic apartment. Their aren’t bugs, walls are pretty thick so you don’t hear neighbors. Fitness center and pool aren’t the biggest but that’s the point, it’s not meant to be a large busy community, it’s smaller. Good place to live

Bugs
October 14, 2024This place would be perfect if it weren't for the bug situation. I have called maintenance three times now and still bugs persist. They are in the kitchen and the bathrooms and seem to have no reaction to cleaning or bug spray. Everything else is great, its a good location and management is really nice, but I cannot overlook bugs.Property Manager Responded
