Horrible service.

Management sucks and things never get fixed! After a month of moving in, I tried to use the dishwasher and it was broke. It took them 5 months to replace it. The bedroom window wouldn’t open, and she never sent anyone to look at it. (She will ignore you if you keep calling and texting her) she doesn’t communicate whatsoever, but will take your money. You drop your monthly payment in a drop box, but you will not receive a receipt or email confirming that your payment was received. A notice/letter ...

was put on my door 5 months later regarding a payment. Nor is there a website for payments and maintenance requests. Lastly, when moving out, my microwave broke, and I had to pay someone to fix it, and I still haven’t gotten my money back for that. Horrible service. They want to raise the rent, but things are not fixed in a timely manner or not at all. Although I kept reaching out to them; THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE OR TEAM.
