I've lived in Stadler Place twice - moving out originally to move into a house with a fenced in yard. When circumstances found me looking for an apartment again on short notice, I had to cast a wide net - and it became abundantly clear that the quality of property management in Greensboro is highly variable and unpredictable. ...information via the website. Marissa, the same property manager from before, emailed me back promptly, and remembered me from when I lived here previously. Marissa has always been incredibly kind and responsive and makes sure that I feel comfortable asking any question I have- no question too small. Anna goes out of her way to make sure I have what I need and make sure I feel connected to the community. Richard was always lovely when he came by to give me a hand with a maintenance request when I lived here last, and now that he's retired, RJ and Monty have been great as well. They're always super responsive to maintenance requests, and you often see them around maintaining the grounds as well. It is clean, well kept, quiet, and all of my neighbors that I've met have been really kind. The apartments are older and have their quirks but are well kept and incredibly comfortable - and what matters the most to me is that I am 100% confident that if anything ever goes awry, they'll address it promptly (within reason). I've lived in 1- and 2-bedroom apartments here, both spacious in their own ways (spectacular kitchen space in 1 BR, spectacular storage space in 2 br). Close to multiple grocery store and gas station options, gyms, and highways. Highly recommend.
