I have lived here for a while. I moved here from Oklahoma a few years ago and I call this home. I've never had any issues. And I love my neighbors. Our little square is so amazing. All of my neighbors are respectful and most of us have been here 5 plus years. We also respect each other's parking spots lol we're kind of grandfathered in our spots. Ms. Diane has been so amazing and helpful and she is the sweetest. To all of the SP staff over the years thank you all for making this my home.

I enjoy living here, the maintenance are excellent. Ladies in the front office are awesome.When you call they come . The only problem is neighbors dogs poop never gets picked up by their owners.

It is a very quiet community. Everyone stays to themselves. The swimming pool looks nice. They keep the yard cut and clean. No loose dogs or kids running around.

Very clean and safe environment. Friendly community and staff. Anytime I had an issue, it was handled in a timely manner. Everyone morning I grab coffee im greeted by the lovely staff in the office. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice home to move to.

I moved here awhile and ago and at first it was quiet... a great place to escape from work and other things but I was so wrong.. once I got completely moved in all I heard is my neighbor blast their radios, yelling, fighting, everyday I see TRASH ALL ON THE STEPS AND BREZEE WAY...
there's stop signs in place but everyone runs it trying to blast their music.. Oh yeah once the kids got out of school for the summer all kids from different apartment complex and houses near by use our pool as ...
community property... I wished I never moved here It feels like I'm in the BULTER PROJECTS and I never been lived there..
Also, before i leave we have keys to the gates but the whole I been here I used it twice.. smh
