The property has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, near the base. The apartments are clean and spacious. The office staff is amazing from the manager to the assistant manager and the lease agent all very friendly and was able to assist with completing the application thank you and I look forward to moving in next month! Thank you

I live in a small one-bedroom apartment, but the outdoor spaces here make it feel much bigger. The grass is always green and well-maintained, and the trees add a lot of shade and a nice, peaceful vibe. The pool area is a big bonus. It’s clean, well-kept, and a great place to relax on a hot day. There are usually chairs available, and it’s never too crowded. Overall, the landscaping and pool really make the complex feel welcoming and comfortable. It’s one of my favorite parts about living here.

I’ve been living at Standard Raintree for almost a year now, and honestly, it’s been such a good experience. The community is really quiet and peaceful, which I love. Anytime I’ve had an issue, maintenance has been quick to help and always does a great job. Management is super easy to talk to and actually follows through on what they say, which makes a big difference. This community is the reason why I love living in tucson. Its in a very convenient area with the grocery store right next door and other places to eat. The mall isnt to far from my place either. Also the management team is very kind and is willing to help you. Very responsive to when I need something fixed or replaced. I will be renuwing when the time comes.

Rundown Apartment, Bad Area, Poor Management

I had my car recently broken into while parked at these apartments. The apartments may look good on this site but trust me, after living here for almost 2 years now… it is not brand new.
Management does not do anything really but take rent, whenever prompted to do anything additional, they will drag their feet.
The only reason I got this apartment was because it was one of the cheapest, but after 2 different handovers from reality companies I’m not sure it will stay that way. They tried to ...
raise my rent by about $120 but I went and talked to them and they only raised it by $10
If you want a stress free, clean, organized, well-managed apartment then DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS, im flabbergasted that this apartment complex had a 5 star review lol… glad to set the record straight and she’s some real light on the major issues of this apartment.

Been here for approximately 4 years now and since I've been here they changed the management. The people at the front are rude and not nice at all! When you go and ask a question or ask for maintenance they have a big attitude and act like you're not bright. Don't believe I will be renewing my lease this year.
