I love it here
July 2, 2024I had to do an emergency move from my former apartment due to floods. Put in application here was quickly approved. I love it here. Can't say enough great things!
February 25, 2023I've been living here for a little over 3 months and since day one office managers Kat and Kassidy have been so sweet and helpful. The approval process was so quick and painless and the apartment has ZERO BUGS, literally have not seen one. Maintenance guys are nice and are always on top of snow shoveling before anyone is even awake and the grounds are immaculate. I was worried about my car being broken into since I chose not to get a garage but these apartments are so safe. So if you're looking ...for a quiet,bug free apartment that is really spacious I would definitely recommend. So glad I moved in.Property Manager Responded

Management Issues
May 8, 2020My husband and I currently live here and have received a noise complaint many months ago, we decided to stop working out from home because this was the most likely source of the noise. Yesterday we received a notice to vacate our apartment, no management has called to discuss any more complaints and we have been extremely careful not to make excessive noise. We now have to find a new place to live during the Covid-19 pandemic within a matter of 14 days, regardless of the careful precautions we ...took to not disturb our neighbours. I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. We were not even informed of what specific noise we had made to disturb our neighbours. The simple fact that our management hadn't even reached out to us in any other way than a generic pre-typed letter throughout the entire process of them deciding to remove my family from our home is beyond cold and unfeeling.Property Manager Responded

Perfect First home for us!
June 19, 2017This was our first place as a young married couple. We have not had any issues with management, in fact they have been extremely helpful and kind! The couple times we had MINOR issues (and I mean minor) the maintenance team was quite prompt and efficient. I thank them for making our first home so wonderful! The grounds were well maintained, the apartment was terrific, the staff friendly, and I would do it over again if we weren't moving across the country!Review from Apartments.com

Bad company
May 16, 2016I was excited to move in because of how friendly the staff was and how nice of a facility it was. Once I signed my lease agreement, way the management treated me was very different. I haven't had a good experience whenever I go to the office to get information or a package, they have been very rude and unhelpful. The pool is constantly filled with grandchildren of residents and the cardio equipment in the fitness center is broken half the time I want to use it. The carpet was crunchy when I moved ...in and after a year of running the vacuum over it, it hasn't gotten any softer. I thought that being in this area, it would be quiet but I am able to hear my loud neighbors in my apartment building and the ones across the parking lot many nights. Rent just keeps going up
February 4, 2016I've signed my last lease that I will sign here. Rent has just gone up for the second time in three years plus we now have to pay for water sewer and trash. Carpet is cheap and wears badly, you can hear the neighbors constantly, pool hours aren't long enough for those of us that work an 8-5 job and garages have almost doubled in price. Once this lease is up I can rent a much nicer place at the same rate. Its sad that they have had to get greedy because it is a nice neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com
Standing Bear Lake Apartments
August 24, 2015I absolutely love my apartment at Standing Bear Lake. There is a path/bike trail directly to the lake right by my apartment and it's just outside of the city for a less industrial feel. I have a one bedroom that's over 900 square feet and am about to upgrade to a 2 bedroom that's over 1300 square feet. The prices are right and I have never had any issues.
