Poor staff, Poor service, Poor everything
October 23, 2021Extremely noisy during work hours pretty much every single day thanks to some construction or fixing!! It's very inconvenient and loud enough to give a headache. Their after hours building emergency or maintenance service is extremely pathetic. If you stay here, I really pray you never have an emergency at this place! I reached out around 9:00 PM for a loud beeping noise (perhaps smoke detector) which went on for over 4 hours) and they did absolutely nothing and I had to call several times. I ...have reached out for electrical outage in my kitchen (and fridge leaking) /ant infestation (all over the bathroom), and absolutely nothing! Right next to grocery outlet which is nice. At least 0.7mi from the bus stop and 30 mins walk to the Caltrain station. No AC option makes it very hot for summers. Availability for covered parking is very low. Kitchens are extremely tiny. So far exceeding expectations
July 27, 2015I just moved in last week, and immediately I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the apartment. The service desk went above and beyond to give me a great deal on my place and the interior is spotless on move in. I live in a 1 bedroom on ground level, and the pool is steps away from my door step. There is tons of storage space for such a small floor plan, and the bathroom in particular is beautifully spacious and updated. The 24 hour Maintenence is also super helpful and reliable.Review from Apartments.com
