Photos Are a gross misrepresentation
July 24, 2019I made the mistake of renting here before being able to look at the apartment. The pools (the are 3?) have not been open for 3 months ...waiting on some mystery permit from the City of Jacksonville, pool right out side door that no one can use ...other pool is brown. Repairs asked for repeatedly never done, cockroaches no pest treatment. Zero ability to have packages delivered here.Review from Apartments.com

This place needs to be burned to the ground
August 30, 2018They shut your water off at random and never tell you they're going to do it, everything is spray painted including kitchen counters and BATHTUBS, there is a black mold problem and every building is infested with multiple kinds of cockroaches.
