Cheap but cozy
April 27, 2022Building was built in the 50s so this means that you hear literally everything. The walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin. Behind every beautiful day is the constant, obnoxious rumble of someone’s TV. I hear every phone conversation and argument. Not to mention the neighbor’s weed wafting up through the bathroom. Location is fine, but it’s on a street dominated by renters so it can be hectic at times. Parking can be a nightmare and you have to walk all the way around the building through mud and ...snow.Property Manager Responded

August 13, 2018Affordable, cozy, and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. However management isn't always the most prompt/professional at returning phone calls and sending maintenance out to help with simple requests. They can take either weeks or just a few days. Maintenance is fantastic with snow clearing in the winter. Overall, you get what you pay for and it is a decent place to call home.Review from Apartments.com
