Amazing apartment
November 8, 2023In my 5 months of living here so far I have been extremely pleased with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the building, and how quickly my work orders have been completed. Convenient location, great home, great community
November 8, 2023I’ve had the pleasure of living in my current 1bed/1bath for the last 2.5 years and I have absolutely loved it! It’s conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, a few grocery stores within 2miles, above an orange theory (but the apartment also has a good sized gym). My neighbors and apartment staff are friendly and helpful! The community is safe. The building units are relatively new and very clean. There are also montly community events that are hosted by the apartment staff which is a ...nice way to get to know people living in the building. I made my move to Milwaukee during the pandemic without having seen this apartment in person and I would 100% choose this apartment if I had to re-do my move!Property Manager Responded

Safe, Clean and Great Location
December 22, 2020State Street Station facilities are very well kept and clean. The location is perfect right next to the Tosa Village. Restaurants, grocery stores, malls, and downtown Milwaukee are only a few miles away. Really can't get a better deal and all the services. This is the only apartment I've stayed at since moving to Wauwatosa (for 3 years now), but have not had a reason to leave. Maintenance staff are quick and helpful, any issue has been resolved or fixed in a matter of days. They also are fond of ...doing little fun events, raffles and giveaways, which have been much appreciated benefits that they did not have to do. I have felt safe and secure especially during 2020. Only inconvenience were occasional building wide fire alarms late at night but better to be safe than sorry, and the fire department/police are only a few blocks away. Lived in a one bedroom apartment and the balconies, and full floor-to-ceiling windows were a big plus, along with the in-apartment washer and dryer. The other comment I can make is to try take advantage if there are any special deals on rent and try to take advantage of all the amenities, which are very nice. Love living at State Street Station!
February 28, 2020A wonderful place to live! Apartment layouts are functional and modern, lots of overhead lighting in the kitchen/living space. I love the courtyard in the warmer weather for grilling or getting some sunshine. The gym has plenty of equipment and I love that it overlooks State Street! The parking garage is a huge plus--I never have to scrape snow off the car. The staff members are all so friendly and nice. Maintenance requests are completed in a very timely manner. BEST place to live in TOSA!
February 21, 2020The units at state street are modern, quiet, and spacious. The amenities of the common area are great for entertaining and the 24/7 gym is a great plus.
