I renewed my lease again. The management was very helpful and thoughtful and the maintenance here is always excellent and efficient. I especially enjoy all of the pet services that are available . And the new management is doing a great job with the resident activities.

My husband and I have been living at Station 117 for a few years now and we love it here. The community is really safe and quiet. The buildings are well taken care of, and maintenance is always very responsive when we need them. The amenities are wonderful to have- we love the pool, gym and the clubhouse!

It’s been 5 1/2 years that I’ve called Station 117 Home. I see ongoing positive changes, more activities for residents and continuing maintenance to keep things looking new. Love meeting new neighbors, everyone is so friendly!

My boyfriend and I have only been living at Station 117 for about a week, but we already love it here! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and everyone we've interacted with has been incredibly friendly and helpful. We're especially excited about the community events and look forward to getting to know our neighbors and exploring the area. So far, our experience has been wonderful, and we're very happy to call Station 117 our new home!

Station 117 has a great community feel. Buildings clean, quiet, safe and secure. Plenty of parking. Within walking distance of commuter rail and downtown area. Rent comparable to other apartment complexes in area. Staff friendly and helpful.
