I absolutely love living here! From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the community was a wonderful place to live. I especially appreciated how friendly and responsive the staff were whenever I needed anything.

Love living here. The only minor things I would point out is that there's not much sound insulation from upstairs neighbors. My upstairs neighbors have very heavy feet and I can hear them walking around their apartment all day. Another thing I've mentioned is that some residents speed through the parking lot and have little or no regard for stop signs or intersections. That being said, this is an absolutely amazing complex to live at and I'm so glad I made the decision to return after moving out ...

I renewed my lease again. The management was very helpful and thoughtful and the maintenance here is always excellent and efficient. I especially enjoy all of the pet services that are available . And the new management is doing a great job with the resident activities.

My husband and I have been living at Station 117 for a few years now and we love it here. The community is really safe and quiet. The buildings are well taken care of, and maintenance is always very responsive when we need them. The amenities are wonderful to have- we love the pool, gym and the clubhouse!
