      It's an excellent community in a prime location for food lovers, with multiple amazing markets and restaurants within walking distance. There is a pharmacy right across the street and the freeways are close enough to be easy access but far enough away that there's no noise or smog.

      This place isn’t great they don’t stay in the front office. they never answer the phones and are horrible at getting to things that need to be done

      I have enjoyed living at station 21. The staff are all very nice to work with when needed. There is plenty of things to do on property like going to the gym, full basketball court outside half court inside, three pools. Can't ask for much more

      I have live at Station 21 for about 2 years or longer I love that it is very quiet and peaceful. The managers in the office Rob and Victoria have always been very helpful even the lead maintenance my experience overall has been good.

      Station 21 has done a great job at renovating an older complex into a more modern feel. The amenities are well-maintained, inviting pools, shaded community areas for barbecuing and social events, calming trees and grass throughout the complex for walking paths. Lots of birds beautiful outdoor sounds. The office staff and maintenance is on site maintenance is very knowledgeable able to complete multiple orders without having to call in many resources.       Absolutely not. One of thee worst places I’ve ever rented from. I was treated better by my physically abusive ex because at least she tried to kiss the wounds that she gave me.

      The buildings have roaches no matter how many treatments we get and we clean our apartment daily. Expect to not get an answer if you call the office and we have never received a call back after leaving a voicemail. Most of the office staff is very rude and unprofessional. The cheap prices match the cheap service you get.

      The staff are professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had been leasing a single bedroom in the community for over a year and wanted to transition to a two bedroom in the community.
