April 20, 2026Station 21 has done a great job at renovating an older complex into a more modern feel. The amenities are well-maintained, inviting pools, shaded community areas for barbecuing and social events, calming trees and grass throughout the complex for walking paths. Lots of birds beautiful outdoor sounds. The office staff and maintenance is on site maintenance is very knowledgeable able to complete multiple orders without having to call in many resources. Expect to not get an answer if you call the office and we have never received a call back after leaving a voicemail. Most of the office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They have a bad roach infestation that they think can be easily fixed with just spraying around the apartment. Which only makes things worse.
